1. Ownership
Except for third-party open-source libraries and content you submit as a user, Venture Hall owns all right, title, and interest in the Venture Hall service and Materials, including:
- Software, code, and product features
- Brand name “Venture Hall”, wordmark, logos, and the signal / interlocking mark
- 3D artwork, Blender project files, story frames, and marketing visuals
- Design system, UI, and original written content on the site
2. All rights reserved
No part of the Venture Hall Materials may be copied, reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, modified, or used to create derivative works without prior written permission from Venture Hall, except for:
- Limited rights granted to you in the Terms of Service to use the app
- Fair dealing / fair use or other exceptions required by law
- Third-party components under their own licenses
3. Your content
You keep ownership of builds, profiles, applications, and notes you create. By posting them on Venture Hall, you grant us a license to host and show them as needed to operate the platform, as described in the Terms of Service.
4. Trademarks
“Venture Hall” and the Venture Hall marks are trademarks of Venture Hall. You may not use them in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation without permission, or register confusingly similar names or logos.
5. DMCA / infringement reports
If you believe content on Venture Hall infringes your copyright, email legal@venturehall.com with: your contact details, a description of the work, the URL or location of the allegedly infringing material, and a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized. We may remove material and, where appropriate, terminate repeat infringers.
