Venture Hall allows users aged 16–17 to explore builds and join teams for learning and early collaboration, with extra limits. This notice is part of our Terms.
Minimum age
You must be at least 16. We do not allow accounts for anyone under 16. Lying about your age is a violation of the Terms and can result in account removal.
If you are 16 or 17
- You may create a Venturer account and participate in builds (posting and joining) appropriate for ages 16–17, including discovery and applications as the product allows.
- You may not create an Investor account or use investor-contact features.
- You may not request company equity / shares through the platform’s adult equity pay options.
- Available pay preferences are limited to learning-friendly options (for example unpaid learning, deferred pay, or stipend-later style choices offered in the product).
- A parent or guardian should know you are using Venture Hall. We recommend they review these policies with you.
If you are 18 or older
- You may use Venturer or Investor accounts (subject to product rules). Venturer accounts can both post builds and join teams.
- When collaborating with 16–17-year-old users, communicate respectfully, keep expectations clear, and do not pressure them into equity, financial risk, or unsafe arrangements.
- Follow labor and child-protection laws that apply where you and the other person live.
Safety tips
- Do not share passwords, government IDs, or bank details in application notes, connection notes, or over email.
- Meet online first; be careful with offline meetings.
- Leave conversations that feel pushy, secretive, or inappropriate.
- Report problems to support@venturehall.com.
